Fit and Furry!
I suppose this is where I'm supposed to give you some info on my fitness and my goals:
I'm currently 5'10" and 150lbs. I'm an avid outdoorsfur (I do a lot of hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and the like), I do MMA, and I run cross-country competitively.
My goal is to put on a significant amount of muscle so that I will be more competitive in MMA. At this point, my endurance means nothing in fights. I have no idea where to start, though! I've ignored weight training in the past for endurance work -- any suggestions??
